The Bangerter powderless gun was an external driven machine gun capable of firing 10000rpm without propellant, pneumatics or even making a sound.
Testing[]
When the weapon was tested, it was kept out of sight in a cubicle in the corner of a room with half inch thick pine target boards 65 feet away. It fired 100 rounds a second and within 2 seconds, all 3 target boards were penetrated. It made no sound whatsoever other than the engine, loading of the BB's in the hopper and ricochets around the targets.
Overview[]

It is a hopper fed weapon driven by a 7hp gas/electric driven engine although it is still unknown was the weapon looked like although portrayed in a newspaper article as a hopper fed, 4 barrel weapon mounted on a tripod.
